Cooper enhancements and expanded state reporting

This week we shipped deeper Cooper record lookups, contextual follow-up conversations, voice support, and new state reporting tools for bottling, bulk activity and removals.

Cooper data aware context suggestions

This release makes Cooper more helpful with recorded distillery activity and adds new reporting tools built around Florida state workflows.

Highlights

  • Cooper can now carry context through follow-up questions and work more directly with recorded operations, lots, tanks, and containers.
  • Voice conversations are now available in Cooper alongside the existing typed experience.
  • New Florida-focused Bottling Activity, Bulk Activity, and Removals reports bring reporting data together from activity recorded in Distillogy.

New

  • Talk with Cooper using voice, including microphone controls and spoken readback.
Cooper Conversation
Cooper conversing with person
  • Find State Bottling Activity, State Bulk Activity, and State Removals under Reports.
  • Florida operations can prepare data for EDS reporting from recorded customer, shipment, and finished-goods activity. Operators remain responsible for reviewing and submitting required state reports.

Improved

  • Cooper can follow the subject of a conversation without requiring you to repeat the original operation in every question.
  • Record lookups more precisely resolve specific lots, tanks, containers, and related activity.
  • Cooper can run Proof Cut estimates, summarize recorded distillery activity, and check 5110 submission history recorded in Distillogy.

Fixed

  • Cooper now handles multi-part questions more completely instead of stopping after identifying that another record lookup is needed.
  • Specific lot and container references are resolved more reliably before Cooper reports balances or record provenance.

This Independence Day marks America's 250th — and distilling has been part of the story since before the Constitution. From Washington's stills at Mount Vernon to the craft distilleries filling barrels this week, here's to 250 years of independence, aged in American oak.

  • Hello from the new Distillogy blog

The Distillogy blog is live. Here's what we'll be writing about: distillery operations, proof-gallon accounting, and making TTB compliance less painful.

Run your distillery on one set of numbers

Distillogy tracks every proof gallon across production, storage, and processing — and generates your monthly TTB 5110 reports from the same numbers.
