File your TTB 5110 in a click, not an afternoon

Your 5110 figures are already reconciled in Distillogy. When it's time to file, a browser extension drops them straight into the Pay.gov form in front of you — every number on its line. All that's left is a quick review and your signature. No hand-keying, no transcription, and you're back on the floor.

From reconciled to filed, in four steps

The first two steps do the work you used to dread. The last two take a minute — a look and a signature — and you're done.

1 · Your numbers are already reconciled

Every 5110 figure is built from your Distillogy records and reconciled to the proof gallon as you operate — so the hard part is finished long before filing day. No spreadsheet, no separate export to square up.

2 · The extension fills the form in your browser

Pick the month and the Distillogy browser extension drops every figure into its correct field on the Pay.gov page in front of you — the right number on the right line. What used to be an hour of careful hand-keying takes seconds.

3 · A quick review, at a glance

Each field is laid out against your records, so you can confirm the whole form in a moment. You see exactly what will be filed before anything is submitted — full confidence, no surprises.

4 · Sign, submit, back to the floor

When it looks right, you sign and submit on Pay.gov and get on with your day. One deliberate click instead of an afternoon of typing — and the filing is yours, exactly as it should be.

The busywork goes. The control stays.

Distillogy takes the error-prone transcription off your plate and leaves the judgment where it belongs — with you. You get the speed of automation and the confidence of signing off yourself.

Kills the busywork, keeps the judgment

The tedious part — copying dozens of figures into federal fields and double-checking each one — is gone. The part that should stay human, confirming the numbers are right, stays with you. That's the trade worth making.

Every figure on its right line

The numbers come from the same records behind your reports, so the form is filled from numbers that already agree — cutting the transcription slips that creep in when you key by hand.

You're the one who hits submit

Nothing is filed automatically. You review, you sign, you submit — so you keep full control of what reaches the TTB, without any of the busywork of getting it there.

Fills the form, you submit it You review every value You stay the licensee of record

The Pay.gov filing assistant is in active development; the workflow and interface shown here are representative and may change. You are the licensee of record and remain responsible for the accuracy and submission of every filing.

Pay.gov TTB filing FAQs

Does Distillogy file my TTB 5110 for me?

You file — in a fraction of the time. Distillogy fills your reconciled 5110 figures into the Pay.gov form, every number on its line, then you review, sign, and submit. You stay the licensee of record; Distillogy takes out the hand-keying, not the control.

How much faster is filing this way?

Filing by hand means transcribing dozens of proof-gallon figures into federal fields and re-checking each one. The Distillogy browser extension fills them in seconds from your records, right on the Pay.gov page, so filing day becomes a quick review and a signature instead of an afternoon of typing.

Where do the numbers come from?

From your Distillogy records. Each TTB 5110 figure — Production (5110.40), Storage (5110.11), and Processing (5110.28) — is generated from the same records as your inventory, in proof gallons, and reconciled to the gallon, so what lands in the form already ties out to your inventory.

How does that reduce filing errors?

Most filing mistakes are transcription mistakes — a number copied to the wrong line, or a figure that no longer matches inventory. Filling reconciled values from one source into known fields removes the transcription step — the source of that whole class of error — before you ever review the form.

Is this available now?

The Pay.gov filing assistant is in active development. The workflow shown here — reconciled numbers filled in, then your review, signature, and submission — is the design; the look and feel may change before release.
