Website Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Notice at Collection
We collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, company, and IP address); internet or network activity (pages visited, usage, device and browser information); and any information you voluntarily enter into our interactive demo tools. We collect this to respond to inquiries, to provide and improve the website, to run analytics, and, with your consent, to send marketing. We retain it only as long as needed for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. For your choices, see "Your Privacy Choices & State Privacy Rights" below.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Distillogy, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects and uses information when you visit our marketing website. Use of the Distillogy application is governed by a separate privacy policy provided upon registration.
2. Information We Collect
We collect:
- Contact Information: Name, email, phone number, and company name when you request a demo or contact us.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time on site, and referral source via analytics tools.
- Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device type.
- Interactive demo inputs: If you use the "Cooper" demo assistant, the text you type is sent to our AI processing provider to generate a response. Please do not enter confidential, personal, or business-sensitive information into the demo. The demo answers questions about a fictional sample distillery and is not connected to any real customer data.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to demo requests and inquiries
- To send marketing communications (with your consent)
- To improve our website
- To analyze website traffic and usage patterns
- To operate, secure, and improve our interactive demo (including preventing abuse)
4. Cookies, Analytics & Do Not Track
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand site usage and performance. These tools are cookieless — they do not use cookies or track you across other websites — but they process technical data such as your IP address, device type, and browser.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted, our website does not currently respond to DNT signals. Our analytics tools are cookieless and do not track you across third-party websites.
5. Third-Party Services & Data Recipients
- Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, as described above.
- AI demo processing. The Cooper demo sends the text you enter to the Vercel AI Gateway and its underlying AI model provider to generate responses.
- Bot protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the Cooper demo from abuse. Turnstile runs invisibly and may process technical data (such as your IP address and browser signals) to distinguish humans from bots. Cloudflare's processing is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Scheduling. Our "Book a demo" buttons open a Microsoft Bookings page. Information you submit there (such as name, email, and phone) is collected and processed by Microsoft under Microsoft's privacy policy.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with the service providers listed above who help us operate the website, or as required by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain contact information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Your Privacy Choices & State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of its sale or of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@distillogy.com or the address below. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
