Download your standard export files from your WS account. It's your data — you take it with you. We'll give you the exact list and walk you through pulling it in a few minutes.
2 · We run the migration with you
Send us your exports and we do the heavy lifting: your barrels, tanks, raw materials, and finished goods, with the proof gallon math and account mapping handled for you. No re-keying.
3 · Verify and go
Review your opening balance with us, sign off on your physical inventory, and print the report. We reconcile your numbers to your last filed reports, and you can show it.

What files do I need from Whiskey Systems?
A set of standard exports from your WS account — your barrels, tanks, raw materials, and finished goods. We'll give you the exact list and walk you through pulling them; it takes a few minutes.
Will my opening balances match my last TTB report?
That's the point of the verification step. We tie your migrated inventory back to the figures on your filed reports and flag anything that doesn't line up, before you commit to going live.
How long does migration take?
It's designed to be a working session with us, not weeks of data entry. We handle the conversion work; you review the numbers and sign off.
Do you need access to my Whiskey Systems account?
Not for a standard migration — you export your own files and we work from those. If you'd rather we pull the exports for you, we can do that with your written authorization, and only for as long as the migration takes.
Do you migrate my full transaction history?
No — and you don't need it to start clean. The standard migration brings your current inventory over as a verified opening balance: barrels, tanks, raw materials, and finished goods, reconciled to your filed reports. Your past records stay in the exports you keep, so nothing is lost. If you need more than that, bring it to the demo and we'll tell you straight.
