Distillogy
TTB compliance software

TTB compliance software for craft distilleries

Distillogy helps you meet your TTB reporting obligations: produce the monthly 5110 reports from one set of proof-gallon records, then a browser extension fills them into Pay.gov for a quick review and your signature — with a full audit trail behind every number.

What the TTB reporting covers

The monthly 5110 reports

Produce Production (5110.40), Storage (5110.11), and Processing (5110.28) straight from your records — grouped by account, line, and kind of spirits.

Proof-gallon accounting

Every figure comes from a running record of every movement in proof gallons, tracked by TTB account, so your reports and your inventory come from the same source.

Pay.gov filing extension

A browser extension drops your reconciled figures into the federal Pay.gov form, every number on its line — so filing is a quick review and your signature instead of an afternoon of hand-keying. The filing assistant is in development.

A full audit trail

Because reports are read straight from your records, every number traces back to the exact cook, run, fill, or removal that produced it.

TTB compliance software FAQs

What is TTB compliance software?

TTB compliance software helps a distilled spirits plant produce the operational records and monthly federal reports the TTB requires — tracking spirits in proof gallons across production, storage, and processing, and generating the 5110.40/.11/.28 forms. Distillogy does this from one set of records.

Does Distillogy file my TTB reports for me?

No. Distillogy generates the reports and can fill them into the Pay.gov form for you to review and submit. You remain the licensee of record and are responsible for reviewing, signing, and filing. Distillogy is a recordkeeping and reporting tool, not a compliance advisor.

Which TTB forms does it cover?

The three monthly reports a DSP files: 5110.40 (Production), 5110.11 (Storage), and 5110.28 (Processing), each generated from the same proof-gallon records.

Is it built for small and craft distilleries?

Yes. The tooling targets the exact TTB forms a small DSP files, tracks proof gallons by account, and follows how craft spirits are produced, run by run.

Distillogy is a recordkeeping and reporting tool for distilled spirits operations. It is not a substitute for professional tax, legal, or accounting advice, and it does not provide such advice. Distillogy does not guarantee acceptance of any filing by the TTB or any authority. Responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and timely filing of all TTB reports and payments remains with the licensee (the DSP of record).
